NRG Radio Uganda has announced the sacking of renowned emcee, deejay, and reality TV star EdithNdagire a.k.a Etania.
In the notice of termination, the radio said this was the final decision as part of the company’s disciplinary process.
“As discussed, dignity and mutual respect are core uncompromisable values at NRG. After our conversation, we think that the best way forward fro all parties involved is to terminate your services with NRG,” the notice said in part.
They however said she will be paid her salary up to July, 3, noting that she must return company property including IDs and the laptop to the human resource manager.
NRG Radio said Etania signed a non-compete and non- disclosure agreement and as such, “ you are prohibited from working with competition a year or revealing business information to any other parties during the process.”
