In other changes, Senior Commissioner Timothy Halango has been moved from the directorate of research and planning to the directorate of welfare, production and sports as its deputy director while Commissioner Ben Mubangizi has been moved from traffic where he was the deputy director and sent to Algeria as the police attache.
Others are Commissioner Charles Ssebambulidde who has been moved from Agriculture police to the directorate of logistics and engineering as the acting deputy director in charge of classified stories while Commissioner Phillip Acaye has been moved from traffic to Agriculture police as the commandant.
