Kampala City has seen the opening of a new shop by Festo Camera Group offering a professional camera showroom store.
The new shop is located at Crown House along Kampala road, in the middle of the Central Business District.
Speaking during the launch, the company’s managing director, Festo Muwonge highlighted their commitment to bridging the gap in Uganda’s camera industry by offering affordable, high-quality cameras, accessories, and expert repair services.
“We have identified a growing demand for reliable camera equipment and professional repair services in Uganda. Many journalists and content creators struggle with faulty cameras and limited access to quality equipment. Festo Camera Group is here to solve these challenges by offering top-notch products and expert support,” he stated.
He promised to provide high-quality and reliable services to Ugandans, with a special focus on journalists.
Speaking during the same function, Daniel Nuwabiine, the KCCA Public Relations Officer praised the company for investing in Uganda and urged it to maintain high-quality standards in his equipment.
He also advised him to comply with tax regulations and encouraged him to register with the E-Government Procurement (EGP) system to access larger business opportunities with the government.
